Terms and Conditions for HCSA Group Pty Ltd t/as ACE Share & Earn Referral Program:
- The ACE Share & Earn Referral Program is open to all current ACE customers who refer new customers to ACE.
- To qualify for the referral credit, new customer must mention the name of the person who referred them when placing first order with ACE.
- The referral credit will be awarded to the referring customer once the new customer’s order has been completed & paid in full.
- The maximum credit per referral is $1000.00, and there is no limit to the number of referrals a customer can make.
- Referral credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The referral credit will be applied to the referring customer’s account as a credit towards future purchases at ACE.
- The referring customer’s account must be up to date and in good standing to be eligible for the referral credit.
- ACE reserves the right to modify or terminate the Share & Earn Referral Program at any time, without notice.
- ACE is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the referral process, and is not liable for any damages arising from the program.
- By participating in the Share & Earn Referral Program, customers agree to these terms & conditions as well as ACE’s general terms & conditions.
