Terms and Conditions for HCSA Group Pty Ltd t/as ACE Share & Earn Referral Program:

1. The ACE Share & Earn Referral Program is open to all current ACE customers who refer new customers to ACE.
2. To qualify for the referral credit, new customer must mention the name of the person who referred them when placing first order with ACE.
3. The referral credit will be awarded to the referring customer once the new customer’s order has been completed & paid in full.
4. The maximum credit per referral is $1000.00, and there is no limit to the number of referrals a customer can make.
5. Referral credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. The referral credit will be applied to the referring customer’s account as a credit towards future purchases at ACE.
7. The referring customer’s account must be up to date and in good standing to be eligible for the referral credit.
8. ACE reserves the right to modify or terminate the Share & Earn Referral Program at any time, without notice.
9. ACE is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the referral process, and is not liable for any damages arising from the program.
